Our roof cleaning process is a low-pressure chemical application that safely kills and removes black algae, lichen and moss to restore your roof’s appearance. We do not use a pressure washer on your roof, as that would cause more harm to the shingles than good.
Once your roof has been treated it is then guaranteed to stay clean for up to 2 years and will be covered under our 2-year mold free warranty. If any contaminants begin to show up on the roof again within 2 years we’ll come back and take care of it for free.
