One of the most important aspects of a large cleaning project is the mindfulness of the tenants, guests, or residents. We strive for as little interruption and disruption as possible to the people occupying your property. Working with you we notify tenants of our schedule and then do our best to meet that schedule.
Work areas are clearly marked off so nobody wanders into a work zone. All windows and doors are checked prior to spraying water. We make sure parked vehicles are at a safe distance. Personal items on decks and patios are carefully worked around. Overall our goal is to make it seem like we weren’t even there besides everything being sparkling clean.
With any project we aim to complete the job in a timely manner. Once we land a large commercial job it’s all hands on deck. With several crews we have the capacity to get in and out as safely and timely as possible.
Our bids will outline everything you want done and there will not be any added costs or extra fees beyond that. If there are additional services you find you want done we will meet with you and bid those separate. All bids are final so you will know exactly what the costs are and won’t go over budget.
We understand with commercial work there are some preliminary formalities that need to be taken care of. Our office manager will promptly accommodate any needs such as COI, Workers Comp, W-9 forms, getting set up as a vendor, using a purchase order number, etc.
