We can clean most any concrete surface such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, and porches. These surfaces buildup with dirt, mildew, and lichen and can become an eyesore. We use the proper detergents and hot water to rid the surface of these pollutants.
Having concrete cleaned on a regular basis will increase your home’s curb appeal while stopping the damaging effects of dirt and buildup. We can also remove most irrigation rust stains from your concrete as well.
When moisture gets into cracks and crevices of the concrete it can have a damaging effect. In the winter during freezing and thawing cycles your concrete can begin to crack, flake, and break apart.

Once we’ve cleaned the concrete and it dries we can come back and apply a penetrating matte finish sealer that will not alter the look of the concrete but helps to lock out moisture. This makes the concrete easier to clean and maintain as well as provides protection from Mother Nature.
Note: We only apply a clear matte finish that doesn’t alter the look of the concrete. We do not do acid etching or colored stains on concrete or garage floor coatings.
Cleaning patio pavers
We provide services for cleaning, reapplying joint sand, and sealing on landscape pavers. If you notice your pavers looking dirty or weeds and moss growing between the cracks it may be time to have the surface restored.
This is a 3-trip process that first includes cleaning of all the pavers and blowing out all the old joint sand and debris. Once the pavers dry we come back and apply new joint sand to the cracks. We mist the joint sand with water to activate the bonding process and harden the joints.
After drying for at least another day we come back a 3rd time and apply a fresh coat of sealer in a matte, semi-gloss, or wet look finish (your choice) to the entire surface.
